Are tables included?
Yes, each vendor will be provided with a 6 foot table!
Is splitting a table allowed?
Yes, you are allowed to split tables but we request that you apply as a single vendor and we will be treating you as a single vendor.
What's included in the table fee?
Your vendor fee includes a 6-foot table. We do not provide chairs because we encourage vendors to remain standing for the duration of the event, as it impacts sales when vendors are seated. If you would like to bring a fold-up chair to rest, that’s okay.
What is the lighting like at the venue?
The room will have ambient lighting (very dark), so please bring battery-operated lighting for your booth. We can't provide power to each vendor and have to prioritize vendors who are providing a service that requires it. If you require power, bring a power bar and extension cord.
What are the check-in times?
Vendors must arrive: Friday: 3 PM – 4 PM Saturday: 2 PM – 4 PM Sunday: 12 PM – 2 PM Vendor check-in closes 30 minutes prior to the event starting. Vendors will not be permitted to set up if arriving after check-in closes.
